Information

Anyone can purchase cross stitch software and make their own pattern but if you have ever tried you will know it is not as simple as that. So much work goes into each image before I even put it into my cross stitch software, and then I take alot of time correcting colours. No matter how good the software is, and I use one of the best on the market, it still needs the human touch of an experienced designer to get the pattern right.

Just as an example see the images below and you will see how much work I put into a pattern.

These patterns make fantastic personalised gifts, have wedding photos, your home, car, children, friends, pets and family members converted into a pattern which will be treasured for years to come and which is easy to stitch using only basic cross stitch.

I use only minimum colours to make the patterns easier and more affordable to stitch, whilst still keeping the detail of the image, on average each pattern uses between 30 - 60 colours. The results of your pattern will depend on the quality of the photo you provide. It should be in focus and not too dark in shading. The better the original image, the better the final pattern will be.

I can remove the background for you if needed and I offer colour or sepia coloured patterns. If you would like text added I can do that for you too, for example if it is a baby picture you may wish to have the babies name and birth date, weight etc added. However I only add straight text not curved text as this takes alot of time to do.

Only basic cross stitch is used, I do not add backstitching or any other specialty stitches to each pattern, with my software it does not require it as the patterns have enough detail in them already. I also do patterns only from one photograph I do not blend images from different photographs, this is too time consuming. I cannot help create a pattern from an idea either. What image you provide is what the pattern is made from. Sorry I have to be so strict but I do run another cross stitch website as well so I am limited with time.

I work with you to get your pattern right. A preview image is emailed to you to see if you are happy with the pattern or if you would like any changes done before you pay for the pattern. There is nothing to pay till you are satisfied.
