Order Details

Steps to order a photo to cross stitch chart.

1. Fill out the order form below and attach your photograph, if you have any problems sending your image or information through you can email them to sales at crossstitchphoto.com (replace at with the correct symbol @, listed like this to reduce spam).

We do prefer to use digital photographs but you can post our mail order form below with your printed photograph. We will not be responsible for any photographs lost or damaged in transport, so please make sure you have a copy of the photo. Your photo will be returned to you after the pattern is made.

Once order is received we will email you to let you know it has arrived and we are working on the pattern.

2. Allow up to 3 days for the pattern to be created then we will email a picture for you to confirm if you are happy with the pattern. If any changes are required then this will be done for you, then a new preview picture will be emailed. There is nothing to pay till you are happy with your pattern.

3. Once you are happy with the pattern we will send an invoice for you to pay through Paypal, or if you would prefer not to pay online let us know and we will email an invoice for you to fax or post with your payment. By Fax or post we accept Visa, Mastercard, personal cheques in your currency($5.00US conversion fee if you are outside Australia) or bank cheques in Australian dollars. Prices are listed below in US dollars and Australian dollars yet we will see your country in your order and will quote the price in your currency for your reference, if you would like to see a currency converter click here. (If you are an Australian the cost is $38.00AUD

4. Once payment is received your pattern will be emailed to you in PDF format. You can have the pattern printed and posted to you anywhere in the world for an additional $10.00US. We do not offer Kits, only patterns.
